Death Boulder Bones is an innovative new runner which lets you control the environment instead of the character. Using your mouse or touch screen, you draw walls, jumps, and more in order to lead the hapless hero to the exit. Along the way, you can challenge yourself to help him collect the many artifacts and secrets hidden throughout a level.

The hero in need is Dr. Indianapolis Bones. A scholar and adventurer, he dreams of collecting the greatest artifacts in the world for his museum. During his journey, he will narrowly avoid death in five different and exciting regions, each with their own dangers and challenges. Fortunately for him, you will be guiding Dr. Bones on each of his ill-fated expeditions as a guardian spirit. With your protection, he’ll be sure to (mostly) avoid dying a horrible painful death.

You’ll use your magical powers, not only to manipulate the environment, but also to control time itself, in order to keep Bones safe. If he veers towards the poison dart trap, straighten him out with a well-timed wall. If he blindly runs straight for the lava pit, quickly build a jump to fling him to safety. If he dies horribly, smashed to a pulp by the chompers, reverse time and correct his mistake. It will take all of your wits to keep Indie Bones safe, and ensure he collects every one of those precious artifacts.

Death Boulder Bones is slated for a summer release, but the date may shift depending on the results of it’s ongoing Kickstarter campaign.
